Should you eat meat or not?

I personally have eaten meat my whole life. I’ve never once tried being a vegetarian for even a week. But now I’m trying to optimize my life and potential. So I decided that perhaps beginning to get meat out of my diet might be good, if not great, for me!

From a Biological standpoint. The path of least resistance makes the stream flow the fastest. So the more nutrients for the least amount of digestion is the Main goal of optimal nutrition.

Why not to be Vegan

Here’s my overall take on the task of being vegan.

1. There is nothing wrong with being vegan.

2. However, a vegan diet must be the strictest of diets.

3. There’s so many foods that you can’t eat when you’re a vegan, that you must make sure you are eating lots and lots of natural vegan food.

4. Remember, a gorilla eats only plants. But they spend 75% of their day chewing food.

1. Dark Chocolate
2. Peanuts, almonds, pistachios
3. Eggs and Bacon
4. Grass fed burgers and saurkraut
5. Oats
6. Grass fed whey protein
7. Leafy greens
8. Beet Juice
9. Chicken and rice
10. Apples and blueberries

What’s the Ideal Way to Consume Coffee?

So I’m somewhat a Coffee addict, as I’m sure many of you are. I’ve spent the last 5 years tweaking and changing the way I drink it. Now I’m not gonna waste your time. I’m simply going to put the ingredients of the coffee I drink on this post and tag the products on amazon if you’d like to give it a shot. I suggest you at least give it a shot. Its so much better and cheaper than going to Starbucks everyday.

The best way to live

What is the optimum way to live? What diet should you follow? What sort of job should you get? Should you take your parents advice on life, or maybe a friend? The answer is you should learn how a lot of other people are living, what are other people doing. Successful people. The people who are leading their life the way that you’d like to see. While you’re developing yourself in your 20’s and 30’s. Make sure you know what the best out their looks like. So you at least a have a realistic shot at being something that you would honestly call worth while.

Cold showers, Cold showers, Cold showers

If its not already a part of your daily routine. You should be taking cold showers. Every single day. Its the way it should be. If we still lived in the wild…You’d wake up, give a big stretch and then jump into the cold river to wake yourself up and get prepared for the day. Its terrible for the human body to just get berated by inflammation day in and out. Keep your wellness up and your disease down. Add a Cold shower.
